THE PATHOLOGIST’S DIAGNOSIS covers all non-esoteric pathologic entities in an A-Z format. A typical entry gives the name of the entity as most commonly used (preferably consistent with the WHO), and indicates commonly used designations which identify the same entity, if they exist. This is followed by a brief definition and a listing of important points which ought to be included in a pathology report. Each listing is associated with an implication clear to the pathologist and practicing clinician alike, to serve them both.

An appendix lists all of the entries by organ system to help the reader navigate through the content.
